When booking your tour, you will be given a seat number. This will be printed on your receipt, once
we have received payment. Seats are allocated on a first come, first
served basis, so if you would like a specific seat, please book early to avoid disappointment.
What if I cancel my booking?
If you cancel your booking, we will try to re-sell your seats if so a refund will be given with a £2 deduction administration fee per seat.
Can I hire a coach for a private function or a trip?
Quotes can be given for 16, 22, 35, 45, 49, 53, 61, 70 seat coaches and an 87 seat double decker
coach. The 35, 49, 61 and 87 are available as executive coaches. Click on the COACHES

Can I hire a coach for a private group holiday or tour?
We would be happy to give you a quote for your group holiday or tour to anywhere in the UK or Europe. Any size of coach can go on tour, but our 35, 49, 61 and 87 seat coaches are only available as executive coaches with air conditioning, toilet and drink facilities. Please phone our office on

How do I get a quote?
You can phone the office to get a no obligation quote for private hire. Please supply as much information as possible to help us understand your requirements.
What time will we get there and back?
We are able to give estimated times for the day, although due to unforeseen reasons like traffic holdups, we are not able to give definite times. The intention is for passengers to enjoy a pleasurable day out, so if you are meeting friends at the destination, please remember that we do not have any specific time for arriving. Please call the office for more details on your selected day trip. Your driver for the tour will be pleased to give more information on the day.
How can I find the price of the excluded entrance fees?
The details of any entrance fees are available from the office where applicable.
How do I book a day tour?
If you call the office, one of our staff will be able to help and book you onto the tour you require. You can also visit the office at our depot in Ringwood or one of our agent booking offices, which are listed on the CONTACT US tab above.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay by sending a cheque
made out to Solent Coaches to our Ringwood Office, or by Debit or Credit cards over the phone. If you wish to pay by cash please call
into our office or book through one of our agents, listed in the CONTACT US tab above. We do not make any additional charges for using your card to pay.
Is smoking allowed on the coach?
As it is now against the law, we do not accept smoking on
any of our coaches. Our drivers will ensure that there are comfort stops on all of our tours.
How can I find out what day tours you do?

What do I do if I think I have left something on the coach?
We keep a record of any items that are found on our coaches, so if you think you may have left anything on the coach, don't hesitate to call the office. We keep
all lost property for 3 months until disposal.
What are the office opening times?
We are open from Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 12pm.
